CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Construction services include the removal and proper disposal of existing building materials, installation of millwork cabinetry, ceiling repair, building new walls and painting and patching of existing walls,  installation and repair of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, installing new flooring and any additional services needed.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

When construction is complete and the improvements are in place, our work as general contractor is not finished.  Our goal is to develop and continue to build relationships with our clients.

  • Obtain certificate of occupancy
